Following the conclusion of the Triwizard Tournament, Harry Potter discovers that someone has printed and spread a seditious flyer at Hogwarts that encourages the muggleborn to fly away from Magical Britain as fast as their brooms can carry them. He discusses this revelation with muggleborn and half-blood students who endorse the suggestion. And Harry learns that at the end of his fifth year, his muggle relatives can give him permission to flee.

The timeline; certain events; and facts, that occur within canon, will not be strictly adhered to; but as a starting point, this fan-fiction will start during summer 1995.
